This month we are shining a light on our Custodian, Josie Rosello.
Meet Josie Rosello.
Josie is our Custodian and is often described as a shining light of positivity as she always has a smile on her face and spends most days singing as she works. Josie’s favorite part of her job is that there is no stress. When asked what advice she’d give to new team members, she said to do the best you can and remember to be polite. Outside of work, Josie enjoys listening to music and dancing.
What is your role at HR?
I am the Custodian at HR and spend my days between our manufacturing facility and corporate office.
How long have you been working at HR?
8 months
What is your favorite part of your job?
No stress!!
Has there been a favorite moment for you while at HR?
Every day there is a moment at HR that makes me happy.
What advice would you give to a new team member at HR?
To do the best that you can give and be polite to others.
You’re happiest when…
I am happiest when I am with my family.
What are some hobbies you do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to listen to music and love to dance. I also enjoy working out – it’s my relaxing time.
