Employee Spotlight – Ryann Spradlin
Welcome back to our Employee Spotlight series. Here at HR, we feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such amazing colleagues, each possessing a diversity of skills and expertise.
This month we are shining a light on one of our Line Leads, Ryan Spradlin.
Meet Ryann Spradlin.
Ryann is one of HR’s Line Leads and is celebrating her one-year work anniversary this month! Ryann’s advice to new team members: Be patient. There is a lot to learn and experience before you can master the flow of things around here. Outside of HR, Ryann enjoys cooking and going out with friends.
What is your role at HR?
I am a line lead and a machine operator. I set the line up for labor and make sure the machine is working properly so we can produce the best product possible.
How long have you been working at HR?
April is my one-year anniversary at HR!
What is your favorite part of your job?
Lunchtime! I really enjoy how my team cooks for each other. Trying everyone’s dishes is always a lot of yummy fun.
Has there been a favorite moment for you while at HR?
My favorite moments were when the team surprised me with food, cupcakes, and gifts for my birthday and also getting the opportunity to be featured in this spotlight.
What advice would you give to a new team member at HR?
Be patient. There is a lot to learn and experience before you can master the flow of things around here. Be ok with mistakes, they are a learning experience.
If I could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Speak Spanish, so I can keep up with Liz and Nelson!

I’m home relaxing.
What are some hobbies you do in your free time?
I enjoy cooking and going out. Believe it or not, I enjoy cleaning. I find it very satisfying to have a clean home.
