This month we are shining a light on one of our Warehouse Technicians, Juan Hernandez.
Meet Juan Hernandez.
Juan has been a valuable team member with HR for almost 5 years and plays a huge role in our warehouse department as a Warehouse Technician II. He considers everyone at HR family and is happiest when he is fishing with his kids and church family.
What is your role at HR?
I am a warehouse technician II, providing support for warehouse operations where I fulfill sales orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming shipments.
How long have you been working at HR?
I have been with HR for almost 5 years.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of being a warehouse tech is making sure that all our products are shipped accurately to the customer.
What advice would you give to a new team member at HR?
The first thing I would tell a new team member is: “Welcome aboard!”, then I would tell them how welcoming HR is. Everyone here is considered FAMILY.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
If I could learn to do anything, I would want to learn to be a cop. It would be an honor to protect and serve.

Fishing 🎣 with my kids and church friends.
What are some hobbies you do in your free time?
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and play video games.
