This month we are shining a light on our Supply Chain Buyer, Rochelle Adams.

Meet Rochelle Adams.

Rochelle is our Supply Chain Buyer, where she is responsible for purchasing all of our raw materials, chemicals, maintenance parts, and indirect supplies. Her favorite part of her job is seeing how all departments are interconnected. Outside of work, you can find Rochelle touring wineries, traveling with her husband, or reading.

What is your role at HR?

I am the Supply Chain Buyer. I initiate purchase orders for anything HR utilizes, from raw materials and chemicals to maintenance parts and indirect supplies. I must maintain open and regular communication with our Production Scheduler and our suppliers.

How long have you been working at HR?

8 months

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is seeing how all departments are interconnected. I enjoy seeing all of the moving parts of HR, from beginning to end, to create our finished products.

What advice would you give to a new team member at HR?

Learn as much as you can about all facets of the company. Take the opportunity to learn something new each day. Every department is equally important to making the mission of HR possible.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn how to golf.

You’re happiest when…

I’m at the beach…there’s nothing that sand and saltwater can’t cure!

What are some hobbies you do in your free time?

Touring wineries, traveling with my husband, reading and listening to audiobooks, and sharing snacks with our dog, Bailey.
