This month we are shining a light on one of our Quality Control Technicians, Tiffanie McCarty.

Meet Tiffanie McCarty

Tiffanie is a Quality Control Technician ll and has been with HR for two years. One of her favorite moments while working here was being able to donate Hand Sanitizer, which HR manufactured, to her local Fire Department and Police Department during the pandemic! Outside of HR, you can find Tiffanie spending time with her family, going shopping, camping, riding ATVs, going to the gym, and cooking.

How long have you been working at HR?

2 years

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is being able to inspect efficient product that is distributed out to customers for everyday use, along with everything else that comes with being a QC tech I also enjoy viscosity testing and learning how to perform validation protocols. I love that I get to learn new things within my role or even outside of my role every day!

Has there been a favorite moment for you while at HR?

My favorite moment within working at HR would be when I was chosen to recreate the GMP training videos for the new hires of HR, also I was very proud of not only myself but HR to be able to donate Hand Sanitizer to my local Fire Department and Police Department during the pandemic!

What advice would you give to a new team member at HR?

If I could give advice to a new team member it would be to come into HR with a positive attitude and determination and you will accomplish anything! 

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

If I could learn anything it would be to learn how to do anything I don’t know already know how to do! 🙂 (I’m an open-minded person)

You’re happiest when…

I’m happiest when I spend time with my family, cook for them and hang around the campfire in the summertime! 

What are some hobbies you do in your free time?

Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, going shopping, camping, riding ATVs, going to the gym, and cooking.
